For those of you who are wondering, the opening for Styx and Foreigner at Charter One Pavilion in Chicago went great! Highway was very well received, What a phenomenal venue! I highly recommend seeing a show there. Not a bad seat in the house and the sound system was fantastic.

The Loop97.9 Chicago has just added Highway to their website. Complete with a song and link to the Official Highway website. Thanks to Erin Carman for the air time & Support! The guys are working on a light tour schedule at the moment getting some much needed R&R after the studio work was completed. They are currently working on some new material that I know you are looking forward to. They are gearing up for the winter months ahead and can't wait to get back to performing for y'all so keep your eye on the Sonicbids calendar for newly added shows.

Highway is in the September issue of "Relix" Magazine print version in the Listen up section! On news stands now.

Watch for Highway in "Gritz" southern rock magazine for a review of "Nine Fine Wines" and a possible interview (not quite sure what they are running with yet)

The month of August was a busy one for the guys, besides the gigs we had, we were also in the studio working on a project for CMH Records in L.A. The new album is a "Southern Rock Tribute to Kenny Chesney". The guys took 11 of his hits and put the trademark Highway sound to it (I've heard it and it's awesome!) The CD also has one original tune, "Can't Go Home". The label has it and is working on the packaging. It will be nationally distributed throughout the U.S. and Canada, the release date is 10-10-06, just in time for Christmas! It can be preordered from the CMH web site.
